Exercises for the dreamed abdomen will help you make your abs flat, tonified and sexy.

The abdomen is probably the most difficult part of the woman’s body to get it toned and flat. But a flat abdomen makes you feel sexy and confident at the same time. Every woman dreams of having such abs. It is not difficult if you know the correct type of exercises for the dreamed abdomen that you should perform.

Exercise for oblique muscles
1. Start the exercise in orthostatic position with legs shoulder-width apart. Bend one arm, fixing the palm behind the head and elbow joint up. The other arm is extended along the body.
2. Lean the torso in the same direction with the extended arm keeping the other arm flexed behind your head. Return to the starting position and then repeat the exercise 15 times. Change the position of the arms and torso and lean in the other way. You will feel the extension and contraction of the abdominal oblique muscles.

Exercises for a thin waist
1. Start the exercise in orthostatic position with legs shoulder-width apart and arms joined extended overhead.
2. From this position lean the trunk in one direction, then in the other, extending the oblique abdominal muscles. Then lean the trunk forward towards one leg, then towards the other and return to starting position. Repeat the movement 10 times. You will feel the contraction and extension of the oblique abdominal and back muscles.

Exercise for a flat stomach
1. Start the exercise on the mat. Bend one leg leaning on your knees and the other leg extend to one side. Both arms are bent behind your head.
2. Lean the trunk towards the supporting leg, and then return to starting position, forming a straight line from the extended leg towards torso. Repeat the movement 20 times, and then change the position of the legs and repeat the inclinations in the other direction. You will feel the contraction and extension of the abdominal oblique muscles.

Exercises for the dreamed abdomen
1. Start the exercise lying sideways on a mat with support on arm and both palms, legs extended forward. Fix one arm forward and the other arm back.
2. From this position flex both legs to the torso, reaching the upper shoulder with knees, and then return to starting position. Repeat the movement 20 times, and then change the position of the body on the other side and repeat the exercise. You will feel the contraction of the abdominal oblique muscles.

Exercise for straight abdominal muscles
1. Start the exercise lying on a mat with arms flexed behind head and legs extended.
2. Then flex one leg to the trunk and join the elbow joint with the knee. Make the movement diagonally to contract the oblique abdominal muscles. Change the leg and the direction of the trunk, so you get a continuous movement of the legs and torso. Repeat the movement 30 times, and then take a break. You will feel abdominal muscle contraction.

According to a report by Premium Times, the presidency has said that comparing Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and President Muhammadu Buhari, and concluding that Mr. Osinbajo is doing better as he acts on behalf of the President who travelled on medical leave, is mischievous.

Mr. Buhari left Nigeria for the United Kingdom on January 19 for what was initially scheduled to be a 10-day medical leave, but later extended his stay indefinitely.
He transferred power to Mr. Osinbajo before traveling, plugging a potential power vacuum and constitutional crisis once witnessed when late President Umaru Yar’Adua travelled for treatment in 2009.
As acting president, Mr. Osinbajo has amongst other things, supervised the implementation of a new foreign exchange policy that has managed to strengthen a rapidly sliding naira.
The government has also announced a reduction in attacks on oil and gas infrastructure in recent weeks, cuts that follow Mr. Osinbajo’s tour of the Niger Delta and talks with community leaders.
Many Nigerians view those decisions as swift and firm, and have compared them with President Buhari’s often unhurried response to needling national problems.
But the president’s political adviser, Babafemi Ojudu, on Monday condemned the assessment, and said it was done by “mischief makers” whose intention is to cause disharmony in the presidency.
“These are mischief makers, those who do not wish this country well, who are always promoting crisis, who will not allow the people to benefit from this democracy,” Mr. Ojudu told journalists. “They are the ones promoting this kind of divisive tendencies.”
Mr. Ojudu said all steps taken by Mr. Osinbajo were with the approval of Mr. Buhari.
“There is nothing that has been done since the vice president started acting that is not something that started far back in the past. A good example is the Niger Delta initiative.
“The President called the Vice-President and said ‘I am giving you the mandate, go into the Niger Delta and meet with everyone who is a stakeholder, all the communities, talk to the militants and make sure you solve this problem for the benefits of Nigerians.
“We are losing 1.2 million barrels of oil per day, all the gas pipelines powering the turbines are being blown up. And the President has said unless and until we resolve this problem we will not get out of recession.
“The VP took up the mandate and went to the Niger Delta, it is the initiative of Mr. President not that of the Vice-President.”
On the foreign exchange policy, Mr. Ojudu said claims of superior leadership capacity in favour of Mr. Osinbajo are touted by “The same people who said we never had economic team, no policy, nothing”.
“It is now that the policies we are implementing are maturing and they are seeing the result. It is not a question of one person being better than the other person,” he said.
Also, a lawmaker representing Kankia/Ingawa/Kusada Federal Constituency, Katsina State, Ahmad kaita, told PREMIUM TIMES that “baseless, ill-motivated” comparison of Messrs. Buhari and Osinbajo was capable of affecting Nigeria’s unity.
“It is one presidency; and whatever anybody does in this administration is to President Buhari’s credit,” said Mr. Kaita.
“Meanwhile, all we now see that means progress takes root from the time before the President travelled, with the two leaders working cordially for the good of the country based on the manifesto of our party, APC.”

Three weeks after Prof. Maduike Ezeibe of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Abia State claimed to have discovered a cure for Human Immuno-deficiency Virus/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS), Spanish scientists over the weekend said five patients living with the disease are virus-free seven months after taking a new vaccine, The Guardian reports.
According to a study published in New Scientist but first reported by DailyMailUK Online, the treatment, developed by researchers in Spain, allowed the patients to stop taking regular antiretroviral (ARV) drugs – the current method of suppressing HIV.
Scientists have yet to test the results in a large-scale clinical trial, but they say the vaccine may be a “functional cure.”
It is the first step towards success in a field that has failed to find a vaccine in the last 30 years.
Dr. Beatriz Mothe, from the IrsiCaixa AIDS Research Institute in Barcelona, Spain, said: “It’s the proof of concept that through therapeutic vaccination we can really re-educate our T cells to control the virus. This is the first time that we see this is possible in humans.”
Mothe and her colleagues used an HIV vaccine made by Professor Tomáš Hanke from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom (UK).
The study included 13 participants, who had taken ARVs for a little over three years on average – all within six months of being infected.
After four weeks, eight of the patients saw the virus rebound. But the other five patients have gone six to 28 weeks without having to restart the treatment.
The virus became temporarily undetectable, but it has never gone above 2,000 copies per milliliter, which is the criterion to restart treatment.
Meanwhile, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC), Dr. Chikwe Ihekweazu, told The Guardian yesterday that there is no cure for HIV/AIDS as claimed by Ezeibe. “No, there is no cure for HIV. It is important that we do not deceive our people. There is no cure for HIV. However, treatment is available that allows those infected to live healthy and productive lives. We encourage everyone to get tested, know their HIV status and if positive, get treatment in one of many centres in Nigeria. Treatment is free,” he said.
Ihekweazu said NCDC wants to avoid giving false hope to patients who may now abandon their Anti Retro Viral (ARVs) drugs thus leading to an increase in prevalence and mortality from the disease. He said the agency also does not want a situation where the trust of partners and donors in the country’s health system is lost.
How about the claim of HIV cure by Prof. Ezeibe? The NCDC boss said: “Science is universal and there is no place for sentiments when it comes to science. While I would love for this breakthrough to come from Nigeria, there should be no emotional considerations in assessing the validity of scientific evidence.”

Dietary Fiber

Both of these vitamins reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by lowering levels of homocysteine in the blood.
