The Federal Government and state governments will meet to assess the performance of World Bank-assisted projects in the country.
Guardian reports that Finance Minister, Mrs. Kemi Adeosun said this while touching on the outcome of the International Monetary Fund (IMF)/World Bank annual meeting held in the United States.
Speaking further on this, the Minister’s Special Assistant on Media, Mr. Festus Akanbi points out that
“there has to be a greater sense of responsibility because the interest rate to these monies is as low as 1.5 per cent and you have about 20 years to pay. So if a state or department is fortunate enough to get a World Bank loan, I think it should have some urgency around how it is used”.

My friend Udeme is a great man, when he was young his teacher asked him where he would like to work. “Air” he said. And he was true to his dream.
Remember that line from a popular ad from a while back?
But how many people is this true for. How many dream of one thing while they were younger and their dreams stayed the same?
For one, there’s only so much the mind can process at a younger age, so you hear kids want to be Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers, Footballers and Programmers- you say? But reality set in.
How about this, Nigerian football legend, Jay Jay Okocha, had dreams beyond football also.
A video resurface showing Jay-Jay singing. The Eurodance track is titled “I I Am Am JayJay” ( more like I’m so good I was named twice) and on the song he talks about, guess what, football.
The track was released under EMI records in 1994. Just when Okocha was signed to Eintracht Frankfurt.
EMI sure was banking on Okocha’s popularity among Frankfurt fans.
Here you go:

After so much back and forth between everyone’s favorite twin, Peter and Paul (PSquare). They released the single, Bank Alert. And they didn’t seem rusty one bit considering that they were at odds for a good part of 2016. The single with its video featuring John Okafor (Mr Ibu) put them back in their position.
Beyond this, a video making the rounds online show a duo dance to the song and they killed it, if I may say so. It shows their skill as they mashed up different Nigerian dance.
Enough said, you be the judge:
