Nollywood actress, Georgina Onuoha who was called out by controversial journalist and media personality, Kemi Olunloyo about a $10m bailout funds scandal has since reacted to the allegations.
The feud between Georgina Onuoha and Kemi Olunloyo seems endless and appears to be getting messier as Georgina just took to her Instagram to reveal incriminating secrets about Kemi Olunloyo.

“FUGITIVE WANTED BY THE STATE OF GEORGIA FOR CRIMES AGAINST KIDS AND MINORS.. You are not an American @hnnafrica: I am trying to get her child well and she’s taken my child away,” she remembers saying.
Authorities accused her of saying she would “mess” up the judge.
Olunloyo says this case and others have been dropped, but clerks in the Newton County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia say otherwise.
They say they have four warrants for her arrest for failing to appear in court on charges including cruelty to children, simple battery, terroristic threats/intimidation of a juror or court officer and obstruction of an officer. They say they have a fifth warrant for bail jumping.
Olunloyo says her lawyer worked out a deal with the Newton County district attorney’s office: they would try the intimidation of a court officer charge and drop the others. Then one day, she says, before her court date had been set, Enitan beat her up so badly that she packed her bags and left for Nigeria, leaving him to finish high school.
Melanie Bell, an assistant district attorney in Newton County, says “there was never a deal to dismiss anything.” She says the intimidation charge, the most serious, was simply to be tried first.
There are two more warrants for Olunloyo from DeKalb County, Ga. The original charge was terroristic threats – Olunloyo says she was accused of threatening a hospital worker who she says dragged Enitan across a carpet. The warrants were issued in 2006 for probation violation and failing to turn herself in after indictment.
Bell says Olunloyo goes by both Olukemi Olunloyo and Ashley Olukemi Olunloyo. In Toronto, she signs her news releases “Kemi” Omololu-Olunloyo. The name on her Ontario driver’s licence is Olukemi Ajoke Olunloyo. In Atlanta, she sometimes used Kemi Lane. “We have no idea how she got out of the country,” Bell says, explaining that Olunloyo had to turn in her passport to their clerk’s office as a condition of bond. Olunloyo, who is not a U.S. citizen, says her Nigerian passport being held in Newton County expired, so she was able to get a new one.

She says that when she and her two sons arrived at Pearson airport from Nigeria in 2007 she went through three days of interviews, telling authorities everything about her past. She was under the impression that any lingering charges against her had been dropped.
But Bell says the warrants still exist. “She failed to appear for court and obviously left the country in violation of her bond condition, so we never had that opportunity to resolve the factual dispute.”
She says now that the authorities in Newton County know Olunloyo is in Toronto they will have to decide whether or not to extradite her.

Bath bombs are basically God’s gift to Earth after a long day, but buying a luxurious, well-crafted bomb is not-so-easy on the wallet. We’re looking at you, LUSH.

This is a fun activity to do with kids, too, since it’s basically playing in the sandbox — but with a fancier outcome. DIY bath bombs also make for awesome Valentine’s Day gifts!

You will need:
2 bowls Measuring spoons and cups 1 cup baking soda 1/2 cup cornstarch 1/2 cup epsom salts 4 tablespoons cream of tartar 2-1/2 tablespoons oil (I used coconut but you can use olive or vegetable oil too) 2 teaspoons essential oil (lavender, jasmine, whatever you like!) Food coloring 3/4 tablespoon water Plastic mold (I used a fillable ornament. You can also use soap molds!)

Directions:
In a large bowl, add all dry ingredients (baking soda, cornstarch, epsom salts and cream of tartar) and whisk together.

In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients, (oil, essential oil, food coloring (2-6 drops) and water.

Now slowly pour your liquid ingredient mix into the dry mixture, whisking them together slowly. The texture should be crumbly.

Scoop a generous amount into your mold, packing it down. If you’re using a plastic, fillable ornament, fill one side, then the other, then squeeze the halves together, wiping away excess mixture at the seam. If you want to add a little trinket or note inside the bath bomb, press it into one side of your ball.

To release a bath bomb from the round mold, tap the outside mold shell with a spoon to loosen it. Then turn it over, and repeat the process with the other half.

Lay your bath bombs out on a cookie sheet to dry overnight.

The fun part about DIY bath bombs is the customization! You can open a green tea bag and sprinkle in tea leaves, experiment with different essential oils, add real lavender or orange peel, and for the bravest of brave — microglitter. Have fun trying different colors and molds!

If you’re giving these as gifts, some fun ways to package them are in little drawstring mesh bags, cellophane bags, inside cupcake papers or even several in a large Mason jar.

If you are suffering from insomnia , there are many steps you can take to change behaviors and lifestyle to help you get to sleep . Here are some tips for beating insomnia .

1. Wake up at the same time each day. It is tempting to sleep late on weekends, especially if you have had poor sleep during the week. However, if you suffer from
insomnia you should get up at the same time every day in order to train your body to wake at a consistent time.

2. Eliminate alcohol and stimulants like nicotine and caffeine . The effects of
caffeine can last for several hours, perhaps up to 24 hours, so the chances of it affecting sleep are significant.
Caffeine may not only cause difficulty initiating sleep, but may also cause frequent awakenings. Alcohol may have a sedative effect for the first few hours following consumption, but it can then lead to frequent arousals and a non-restful night’s sleep. If you are on medications that act as stimulants, such as
decongestants or asthma inhalers, ask your doctor when they should best be taken to help minimize any affect on sleep.

3. Limit naps. While napping seems like a proper way to catch up on missed sleep, it is not always so. It is important to establish and maintain a regular sleep pattern and train oneself to associate sleep with cues like darkness and a consistent bedtime . Napping can affect the quality of nighttime sleep.

4. Exercise regularly. Regular exercise can improve sleep quality and duration. However, exercising immediately before
bedtime can have a stimulant effect on the body and should be avoided. Try to finish exercising at least three hours before you plan to retire for the night.

5. Limit activities in bed. The bed is for sleeping and having sex and that’s it. If you suffer from insomnia , do not balance the checkbook, study, or make phone calls, for example, while in bed or even in the bedroom, and avoid watching television or listening to the radio. All these activities can increase alertness and make it difficult to fall asleep.

6. Do not eat or drink right before going to bed. Eating a late dinner or snacking before going to bed can activate the digestive system and keep you up. If you suffer from gastroesophageal reflux ( GERD ) or
heartburn, it is even more important to avoid eating and drinking right before bed since this can make your symptoms worse. In addition, drinking a lot of fluids prior to bed can overwhelm the bladder , requiring frequent visits to the bathroom that disturb your sleep.

7. Make your sleeping environment comfortable. Temperature, lighting, and noise should be controlled to make the bedroom conducive to falling (and staying) asleep. Your bed should feel comfortable and if you have a pet that sleeps in the room with you, consider having the pet sleep somewhere else if it tends to make noise in the night.

8. Get all your worrying over with before you go to bed. If you find you lay in bed thinking about tomorrow, consider setting aside a period of time — perhaps after dinner — to review the day and to make plans for the next day. The goal is to avoid doing these things while trying to fall asleep. It is also useful to make a list of, say, work-related tasks for the next day before leaving work. That, at least, eliminates one set of concerns.

9. Reduce stress . There are a number of relaxation therapies and stress reduction methods you may want to try to relax the mind and the body before going to bed. Examples include progressive muscle relaxation (perhaps with audio tapes), deep breathing techniques, imagery, meditation , and biofeedback .

10. Consider participating in cognitive therapy. Cognitive therapy helps some people with
insomnia identify and correct inappropriate thoughts and beliefs that may contribute to insomnia. In addition, cognitive therapy can give you the proper information about sleep norms, age-related sleep changes, and help set reasonable sleep goals, among other things.

You know your hair CAN grow longer, but something is hindering it – something you just can’t quite put your finger on. In this case, the first place you should look for clues is your scalp. Is it dry? greasy? flaky? Any of these can be a sign of either simply a need for a change in your hair regimen, diet or a medical issue.
Think of your hair as trees, grass, or flowers and your scalp as the soil. If the soil isn’t cared for, the plants can not flourish. If you don’t take time to ensure that you have a healthy scalp, how can you expect to have long, healthy hair? You can’t. Many spend an endless amount of time on their hair to get it to grow long, but they neglect their scalp which then leads to time wasted. Before you embark on a long hair journey, you must first get to the source.
First, look at your scalp and how your hair behaves. Is your scalp dry and flaky, but your hair greasy? Or are both your hair AND scalp dry? Is your scalp greasy, but your hair dry? Or are they both greasy?

Dry Scalp
A dry, flaky scalp accompanied by dry hair can be your body’s way of telling you that it is in dire need of nutrients. In order to combat this, it is recommended that you drink more water and supplement your diet with foods rich in zinc, iron, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin A, and B complex vitamins.

Zinc
Zinc is required for the growth and repair of tissues throughout the body so a healthy amount will do wonders for your scalp, but a lack of it could be detrimental to your health and show on your scalp and hair. Whole grains, seafood, meats, poultry and nuts are rich in Zinc and are highly recommended if you need need a nutrient boost.

Iron
Iron’s role in the body is to help in the transportation of oxygen from the lungs to the cells. Because the scalp and skin are highly dependent on oxygen, this nutrient is vital in promoting and maintaining healthy skin. Foods high in iron are green vegetables, fruit, beans, grains, and cereals.

Omega 3 Fatty Acids
Omega 3 fatty acids aid in moisturizing your skin from the inside. Cold water fish are an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids.

Vitamin A

B Complex
B complex vitamins increase circulation and increases the life span of cells. a lack of B complex can lead to dry, cracking irritated skin. Breads, nuts, dairy, eggs, and liver are high in B complex.
Before attempting to address the problem on your own, it is best to visit a medical professional so that he or she can address exactly what you are deficient in and establish a diet plan to eliminate the problem if it becomes serious. It is recommended, however, that you take a daily multivitamin to prevent nutrient deficiencies and stay healthy.
A few quick fixes to mask the problem until you everything right diet-wise are hot oil treatments, apple cider vinegar rinses, and/or a hair steamer.
One big cause of dry hair and dry scalp for relaxed ladies is a lack of chelating. Chelating is the process of removing mineral buildup from the scalp. When one relaxes his or her hair, specifically with a no lye relaxer, some of the mixture can clog your pores and cause dryness while at the same time preventing your body from transferring nutrients to your hair. Most people mistake and confuse this with product build up and try to treat it with a clarifying shampoo. Dry scalp and Oily hair
Having a dry scalp, but oily hair is an unusual, but not uncommon occurrence. The most common cause is an allergic reaction/ sensitivity to shampoo. If this problem isn’t a common issue to you and is something that sprung up from nowhere, it could signify that your scalp has a pH imbalance. To combat this, most women go in search of the many hair products that help to balance the pH of the scalp. One homemade remedy, however, is baking soda. Using baking soda in place of strong, irritating shampoos is a good alternative for people with this problem. Baking soda is known for its ability to neutralize the pH of substances and can do the same for your scalp.

Oily scalp
Oily scalp and oily hair signifies an overproduction of oils and can lead to build up if left untreated. Remedying this issue, however, is simpler than the others. A simple clarifying shampoo whenever needed and washing with sulfate shampoo should be enough to remedy the issue.

Employment experts agree that tech skills may get you an interview, but these soft skills will get you the job—and help you keep it:

Communication skills
This doesn’t mean you have to be a brilliant orator or writer. It does mean you have to express yourself well, whether it’s writing a coherent memo , persuading others with a
presentation or just being able to calmly explain to a team member what you need.

Teamwork and collaboration
Employers want employees who play well with others—who can effectively work as part of a team. That means sometimes being a leader, sometimes being a good follower, monitoring the progress, meeting deadlines and working with others across the organization to achieve a common goal.

Adaptability
This is especially important for more-seasoned professionals to demonstrate, to counter the (often erroneous) opinion that older workers are too set in their ways. To succeed in most organizations, you need to have a passion for learning and the ability to continue to grow and stretch your skills to adapt to the changing needs of the organization. On your resume, on your cover letter and in your interview, explain the ways you’ve continued to learn and grow throughout your career.

Problem solving

Critical observation
It’s not enough to be able to collect data and manipulate it. You must also be able to analyze and interpret it. What story does the data tell? What questions are raised? Are there different ways to interpret the data? Instead of handing your boss a spreadsheet, give them a business summary and highlight the key areas for attention, and suggest possible next steps.

Conflict resolution
The ability to persuade, negotiate and resolve conflicts is crucial if you plan to move up. You need to have the skill to develop mutually beneficial relationships in the organization so you can influence and persuade people. You need to be able to negotiate win-win solutions to serve the best interests of the company and the individuals involved.
When it comes to soft skills, show—don’t tell
How do you prove you’re proficient at, say, critical observation? Demonstrating these soft skills may be more difficult than listing concrete accomplishments like $2 million in sales or a professional certification. But it is possible to persuade hiring managers that you have what they need.
To demonstrate communication skills, for example, start with the obvious. Make sure there are no typos in your resume or cover letter. Beyond that, enhance your communication credibility by writing an accomplishment statement on your resume or cover letter. Instead of stating, ‘great oral and written communication skills,’ say, ‘conducted presentation for C-level executives that persuaded them to open a new line of business that became profitable within eight months.

Learn soft skills
The good news is that, like any skill, soft skills can be learned. The better news? Boosting your soft skills not only gives you a leg up on a new job or a promotion, but these skills also have obvious applications in all areas of a person’s life, both professional and personal.

Take a Course: Some colleges are mixing technology with areas such as effective written and verbal communication, teamwork, cultural understanding and psychology. Take a writing or public speaking course to boost your communication skills. Look for a conflict-resolution course or “leadership skills” class at your local community college.

Volunteer: Working with nonprofit organizations gives you the opportunity to build soft skills. And listing high-profile volunteer work on your resume gives you an excuse to point out what you gained there. For example, “As chair of the environmental committee, planned and carried out a citywide park cleanup campaign. Utilized team-building, decision-making and cooperative skills. Extensive report writing and public speaking.”
