It’s not only the girls that take care of their appearance; the guys want to look their best too! But grooming tips for guys are still not as common, as the beauty tips for girls are, so here are ten beauty tips, just for the men:
1. Take care of your hands
Guys are not looking to have smooth and sensitive hands, but that’s no reason to neglect your hands altogether. Untrimmed nails that are clogged with grease and dirt are not attractive, so pay some attention to your hands and nails and a girl won’t be worrying about what germs might be lurking there.
2. A five o’clock shadow doesn’t work for everyone
A five o’clock shadow can look cool and little bit rebellious, but only if you have the right kind of hair. A patchy, wispy beard just looks like you forgot to shave. All men should also not let the hair grow on their neck, that doesn’t look so great at all.
3. Keep your teeth bright and your breath fresh
Don’t forget that your smile is one of your most winning features. All the grooming in the world can be ruined by yellow teeth and bad breath, so be sure to clean your teeth regularly with whitening toothpaste and don’t skip the visits to the dentist.
4. Keep your skin moisturised
Another one of important beauty tips for men is to moisturise your skin regularly. Rough and rugged is one thing, but dry and cracked is completely another. You don’t need anything fancy, just a basic moisturiser will do; it will keep your skin hydrated and it will keep you looking younger too.
5. Exfoliate your skin
Another simple way to keep your skin looking clear and clean is to exfoliate your face about twice a week with a quality exfoliating scrub. Exfoliating removes all the dead and dry skin from your face and it helps stop acne breaking out too.
6. Use the right shampoo for your hair type
Don’t use the cheapest shampoo you can find, select a gentle shampoo that matches your hair type. It’s not just the fragrance that matters, you should also be looking for ingredients like vitamin E that will nourish and condition your hair, while you wash it.
7. Keep your hair well-trimmed
A lot of men think a haircut is an annual event! Get your hair cut by a proper hairdresser regularly and, if it’s starting to thin, whatever you do, don’t try and hide it with a comb over! A well styled, well cared for head of hair shows that you take care of yourself, and that says a lot about the type of person you are.
8. Get rid of unwanted hair
Next good beauty tip for men is to trim bushy eyebrows, nasal hair and hair sticking out of your ears, if you don’t want to look like a cartoon character. It doesn’t have to be done every day and it doesn’t take a lot of effort, but it can make a huge difference to your appearance.
9. Visit the gym more often
Working out will keep you in physical shape and it will improve your overall appearance. Exercise improves the blood circulation and increases the amount of oxygen that reaches your internal organs and your skin, all of which will help to give you a clean looking, healthy glow.
10. Eat well
What you eat and drink can drastically affect the way you look. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, drink plenty of water and cut down on the grease and processed foods. Think lean and fresh, when you make your food choices, it will help you look better and hold back the signs of ageing. (Source: Beauty and tips)

Sometimes it takes something extra to stand out from the sea of suits flooding the foyer, the lift or the boardroom. Whether it’s experimenting with textures or contrasting old-school style with contemporary accents, stepping outside your style comfort zone is a great way to get noticed – in a good way.
Louise Edmonds, the founder and style director of men’s lifestyle portal MenStylePower , believes one of the strongest statements a man can make is with his sense of style.
“It’s incredibly important to align your talents, skill set, position and personal brand with your attire,” Edmonds says.
“Within a 20-second time frame you are judged on the way you look and how confident you are in what you’re wearing,” he says, “I’ve always called the boardroom the modern-day battlefield, and knowing what armour and ammunition you bring in is vital.”
Taking the first step towards becoming a fashion savant is the hardest, so with thanks to David Jones we’ve compiled a guide to help you pick out some winning looks of distinction.
Begin with the basics
A contrasting blazer and trouser combo is the simplest way of experimenting with your daily work gear. It breaks up the linear aesthetic of more traditional suiting. Glenn Elliott, a Men’s Career and Luxury clothing buyer says, this tried-and-true formula is a great way to create a more playful, layered look while keeping it strictly professional.
“Over time a lot of businesses have adopted a more relaxed approach to corporate dress codes,” he says. “We are seeing a lot more men rushing to the office in the morning wearing a pair of chinos rolled up at the ankle with a casual button-up shirt and blazer.”
The trick is to team items that, while each contributing to the overall look, aren’t all competing for attention. For example, a modern-cut blazer, such as a navy check from New Zealand label Joe Black, teamed with the simple elegance of grey wool pants from Ted Baker will create a pleasing juxtaposition. For a more sophisticated statement, try a double-breasted jacket teamed with trousers of the same hue to produce a chic tonal effect; such as Italian label Lab by Pal Zileri’s jersey jacket in navy and English label Paul Smith’s lightweight cotton chino.
If the shoe fits
It wasn’t long ago that the idea of wearing sneakers with a suit was tantamount to sartorial treason. Except in the most traditional workplaces, those days are behind us.Loafers, drivers and, yes, sneakers have now become a regular fixture on the feet of the world’s most stylish men, often worn in contrast to traditional suiting.
When it comes to the office, your average runners won’t cut it so instead try a pair of minimal white trainers like those from iconic French label Lacoste. Paired with a crisp, slimmer-fit suit such as Uberstone’s ‘Jack’ and no socks, they exude a fresh, youthful vibe that can make Mondays that much easier. However, if you’re not convinced of this particular trend’s staying power, try the simple luxury of a driving shoe like those by Armani for a more louche aesthetic. Add a slight roll to the hem of the pants for a look straight out of a magazine cover.
Pattern perfect
Contrary to popular opinion, sporting patterned shirts in the office can be a good thing.
They add vibrancy and colour, and can give your everyday corporate look an injection of creative ingenuity. Just don’t go overboard.
“Too many patterns in an outfit is perhaps the most common mistake men make,” Edmonds cautions. “These textiles are quite difficult to combine if they are loaded with complicated hues in the pattern. Keep it simple to start.”
Begin by choosing a shirt with a subtle-yet-distinct pattern, such as Danish label Sand’s paisley paired with lighter outerwear like Uberstone’s linen patch jacket. A carefully chosen patterned shirt can also be a fun way to offset the formality of a three-piece suit. Opting for a colourful check against the more formal appearance of Paul Coestelloe’s traditional tailoring creates an eye-catching juxtaposition.
The finishing touches
Accessories are the punctuation to the structure of your wardrobe. They add depth, create nuance and offer an outlet for expression when more traditional dress codes are required.
“Accessories should be complementary to the outfit, right down to the cufflinks,” Elliott says. “A common mistake is over-accessorising the outfit. An example of this is using a tie bar with a three-piece suit. The waistcoat serves the same purpose as a tie bar and is not required.”
A simple way of adding detail is to start with pocket squares and ties, which can provide colourful accents to any outfit without too much fuss. To give your favourite navy suit additional flourish, try a silk burgundy pocket square from British heritage label Gieves and Hawkes teamed with a matching tie. Taking risks with your wardrobe can have both short- and long-term benefits. The confidence that comes from knowing you are looking your best and the impact of a great first impression can’t be underestimated. It’s also the only way to develop you own sense of style.
“To develop your personal style, you need to take risks,” Edmonds advises. “But there is a way to do this and not stray into faux pas territory. Don’t throw out your good taste. Maintaining a sense of ‘classic’ will be a good measure in this risk-taking exercise.” (Source: Executivestyle.com)

What Is Candida?
Candida Albicans is the most common type of yeast infection found in the mouth, intestinal tract and vagina, and it may affect skin and other mucous membranes. If the immune system is functioning optimally, this type of yeast infection is rarely serious. However, if the immune system is not functioning properly, the candida infection can migrate to other areas of the body, including the blood and membranes around the heart or brain.
Candida is a fungus that aids with nutrient absorption and digestion, when in proper levels in the body. When it overproduces, the typical candida symptoms may appear. In the digestive tract, left unchecked, it breaks down the walls of the intestinal lining and penetrates into the bloodstream. This releases by-product toxins and other toxins from your system, causing leaky gut syndrome .
When you body’s natural pH balance is upset, the candida can grow out of control, creating a systemic problem. Good healthy bacteria and a properly functioning immune system are essential when fighting this stubborn infection.
Candida Overgrowth Syndrome, or COS, is the term used when candida has grown out of control in your body. Make no mistake: This is a chronic health condition. Individuals that have never experienced a serious yeast infection can find they have developed new sensitivities, allergies or intolerances to a variety of foods. These foods include dairy, eggs, corn and gluten.
What Causes Candida Infections?
There are many possible causes of candida including a diet high in sugar, refined carbohydrates and alcohol that help yeast to grow. To add to that, I’ve described six other potential causes below.
1. Broad-Spectrum Antibiotics
Sometimes, antibiotics are needed to fight a stubborn infection to kill the offending bacteria in your system. The problem with antibiotics and with overusing them (often creating antibiotic resistance) is that they don’t just kill the bad bacteria; they kill the good ones, too.
The good bacteria in your system are responsible for digestion and keeping candida under control. After a long course (or multiple courses over a short period), antibiotics can make your body a literal breeding ground for candida.
2. Birth Control Pills
Unlike antibiotics, birth control pills in and of themselves do not directly cause a yeast infection or candida overgrowth syndrome . However, when a woman consumes a diet high in refined sugars and has had a course of antibiotics, birth control pills can adversely affect her body, leading to a candida infection.
Some women find that birth control pills seam to instigate yeast infections — and even long after the initial infection is gone, once they start taking the birth control pills again, candida can take root.
3. Oral Corticosteroids
Individuals that treat their asthma with corticosteroid inhalants are at an increased risk of developing candida in the mouth, leading to systemic candida overgrowth. It is imperative that individuals using corticosteroid inhalers for asthma follow the directions for swishing the mouth out after each use. If oral candidiasis is detected, can be treated with the gargling of coconut oil and a drop or two of essential clove oil .
4. Cancer Treatments
According to the Department of Clinical Research at Merck Research Laboratories, candidiasis can become invasive in cancer patients and prevent a serious complication. In this study, one-third of patients being treated for cancer had “invasive” candidiasis. Chemotherapy and radiation can both work to kill cancerous cells and tumors; however, they also kill off the healthy bacteria that naturally fight candida.
5. Diabetes
In a Type 1 or a Type 2 diabetic, sugar levels in the mouth and other mucous membranes are traditionally higher than in an individual without diabetes. Since candida is a type of yeast and sugar feeds yeast, it is understandable that those with diabetes are at a greater risk for developing candida overgrowth syndrome.
6. Weakened Immune System
Any individual with a weakened immune system is more likely to develop candida. This population includes infants, small children, the elderly, those diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, and other inflammatory and autoimmune conditions.
9 Symptoms of Candida
Candida overgrowth can be difficult for a physician to diagnosis. This type of system yeast infection presents different ways, in different people. Below are nine of the candida symptoms to watch for if you are concerned you have candida, or candida overgrowth syndrome.
1. Chronic Fatigue
If you have fatigue or exhaustion that you simply cannot shake, regardless of the number of hours you sleep, you may have chronic fatigue syndrome . The disease is characterized by fatigue that lasts a minimum of six months and is often accompanied by other symptoms, including headaches, joint pain, difficulties with memory and concentration, and sore throat. Often one of the candida symptoms is chronic fatigue. While a candida infection is not the only cause of chronic fatigue syndrome, many physicians believe it heightens the risk of CFS.
2. Mood Disorders
One of the reasons it can be difficult to diagnosis candida is that so many of the candida symptoms are common to other conditions, including mood disorders. Individuals with candida overgrowth may experience dramatic mood swings, anxiety, irritability, depression and even panic attacks.
3. Recurring Vaginal and Urinary Tract Infections
When an individual experiences recurring infections in the urinary tract or vagina, candida may be at the root of the problem. It is important to realize that candida can be sexually transmitted, and partners can spread it back and forth. For women, reduce the risk by avoiding tight-fitting underwear or pantyhose and avoid hot baths during an active infection.
4. Oral Thrush
Oral thrush is actually a yeast infection, caused by the same strain of candida that affects other mucous membranes, including the vagina. Most often caused by the use of prednisone or other oral corticosteroids as mentioned above. Left untreated, it may spread through the body including the digestive tract, lungs, liver and heart valves.
Oral candida is communicable; newborns can get thrush during birth, children can get it from sharing toys with other children, and adults can pass it back and forth through the saliva.
5. Sinus Infections
As with many of these other candida symptoms, sinus infections are common today, and it can be difficult to pinpoint the root of the cause. Candida does affect the sinuses and can result in a persistent cough, post-nasal drip, an increase in congestion, seasonal allergies, and general flu-like symptoms. If you experience consistent problems with your sinuses, it’s time to check for a candida infection!
6. Intestinal Distress
Ongoing intestinal distress is a sign you have a candida infection. Persistent flatulence, burping, bloating, constipation or diarrhea, and stomach cramps may be caused by a lack of healthy bacteria in your digestive tract.
When yeast overtakes the intestines, healthy bacteria are undermanned, and cannot fight off the infection alone. Many individuals experience dramatic relief of chronic intestinal distress when effectively treating a candida infection.
7. Brain Fog
Along with mood changes and chronic fatigue, brain fog is often overlooked as a sign of candida. However, candida overgrowth can cause a lack of focus, poor physical coordination, difficulty in concentrating on tasks and poor memory.
8. Skin and Nail Fungal Infections
Athlete’s foot and fungus in the toenail are common yeast infections, which stem from the same breed of candida. Continued infections may be a sign that you have a systemic candida infection.
9. Hormonal Imbalance
A hormonal imbalance is one of the signs of candida that presents in many other health conditions. However, it is important to recognize how an infection can cause early menopause, PMS, a low sex drive, migraines, endometriosis, water retention, mood swings and an inability to lose unwanted pounds.
Whilst in the midst of candida overgrowth, your body becomes inflamed, causing the yeast to grow and spread beyond the digestive tract. One of the byproducts of candida actually can mimic estrogen, leading to a serious hormonal imbalance.(Source: Dr Axe)

WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE LIFE THE SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE LIVE? Why?
Yes, why you want to admire them when you yourself can become so successful in life . Before even thinking to follow someone, you need to have focus and determination on your aim. Yes, without it no one can become successful. Your optimisation and hard work will define your success. You need to change your behaviour as well as your thinking but believe me it will pay off definitely. If you really want to know that what successful people follow in their daily lives, then here are some keys.
1. You need to do things you want instead of waiting to get them: you must have seen that successful people and lazy people don’t merge; they won’t ever feel comfortable with them. Because lazy people wait for the things to happen rather than successful people who fulfil their dreams without waiting and wasting their time. They don’t want to lose their potential. Instead of waiting and thinking what will be next they try to overcome the challenges and face them. They discover the ways to cross the hurdles, instead of waiting for the hurdles to go away. They never show excuses and throw them out of their window. They try to avoid the excuses.
2. You need to focus on the way not on the destination: the journey is focused to the lessons of life which are valuable and paved with triumph and inevitable failure and with this failure you can learn only when you have the right attitude. Successful people stop at places to smell the roses which cross them and enjoy their journey to achieve the success even when keeping track of time. Rather lazy people who never focuses on roses but their focus is directly on gold at the end of rainbow. But successful people concentrate and focus on the whole of rainbow itself, this makes the difference between the lazy and successful people and this makes the journey of successful people successful.
3. You need to challenge the status: everyone likes Bill Gates and Elon Musk and wants to be successful like them but the reason they both are successful is not business, it is innovation. Everyday there are lots of starts up which are so challenging with their norms. There is lot of sudden increase in the business; it brings the modern healthcare to home now days. It has success in delivering anything within a couple of days. Business has led to so needful increasable instinct that there have been developments of the robots which works like humans in their day to day task. More businesses are set up every year as start ups but that does not mean that each of them achieves success, the ones with the dedication and the hard work. It is the job of one to start apart from the others and build their own success.
4. Keep on learning what ever and however you face: success also comes to the end when the person says they have finished learning. It is never always that you know everything it is always somewhere someone who will know more than you. The ones who are really serious about their success will never say at the end so that they know everything. They will always enjoy the constant pursuit of the knowledge. And always it matters is what you learn when you know many things either its knowledge or the discipline.
5. You need to focus on what is possible: what is impossible cannot be done and that is true but what is possible and how you do it and achieve it that matters. You just moan and groan, that will never let you to some success, successful people do not dwell on to the challenges. They always know their limits that what they can achieve and they focus on that thing, they know where to stop and where the sky is showing them the limit. But that does not mean they finished with the limits they try to find out what else can be done within the limits. Knowing how you can do it is the best question to achieve the formulating success.
6. Surround yourself with good and successful people: surrounding yourself with the smart and accomplished people will help you start and generate good ideas rather than being with the lazy bees and generating false ideas and negative vibes around yourself. It is so simple whatever you want to be you need to be with those kinds of people be it being funny or intelligent. Those with whom you spend time with will shape your mind set and behaviours as well. It is the company that will make you good or bad, successful or the loser. Successful people surround themselves with positive vibes as well as with intelligent people . This network of surrounding will build their building of success and will increase the support from good people.
7. You should always try to follow up and never to give up: the most impressive scenario is when you reach success after crossing lots of hurdles and the hardest paths. This is what impressive success is. The fall by successful people is always temporary because they always know to stand up back and to follow the successful path because they know the ways to come out. When they fail, sometimes this is needed because by this only, they will learn the ways to come up again. And when they work in teams then they know the efforts are legitimate and in dynamic ways.
NOW it is your turn! Yes you need to stand up for yourself and achieve your goals. Without knowing what is negative, you will never know what is positive. You don’t need to make an idol and follow what they do in their daily lives, you need to pick up their qualities and then follow those qualities which led them to success. Success is waiting for you, go ahead!(Source: The Christian Post).

Activists, MPs and trade unions have vowed to hold the biggest demonstrations in UK history, outstripping the Iraq war protests, when Donald Trump makes his state visit later this year, and will kick off a programme of opposition to the US president with a migrant solidarity rally on Monday, the Guardian reports.
The Stop Trump coalition has hired a permanent staff member to coordinate protest efforts, with £16,000 raised via crowdfunding and £10,000 donated by the trade union Unison.
The demonstration on Monday is expected to draw more than 10,000 people. It will coincide with a parliamentary debate on a petition signed by 1.8 million people calling for the state visit to be cancelled in order to avoid embarrassment for the Queen.
In an official response rejecting the petition, the government said Trump should still be extended the “full courtesy” of a state visit.
Organisers said the protests, which they hope will last several days and follow Trump throughout his UK visit, would also “hold up a mirror to our own society” over the post-Brexit rise in hate crime and anti-immigrant rhetoric.
“Our hope is that this mass movement can swing public opinion on a range of issues in a way that progressives have never managed before, and on issues on which we have been losing for decades,” the group’s spokesman said.
Several of the UK’s largest unions have given their backing to the march, including Unison, GMB and the National Union of Students. Labour, Liberal Democrat and Green party politicians will attend the protest on Monday and have leant their support to future demonstrations, organisers said.
Caroline Lucas, the Green MP for Brighton Pavilion, said: “The planned state visit should clearly be cancelled and the invitation binned. It’s no wonder that almost 2 million people have signed a petition against the visit, and I’m proud that so many of my constituents have joined that call.
“On Monday evening I will be joining thousands of others in calling out Trump’s Islamophobia and racism and making clear that we expect our government to stand up to bigotry, not meekly back away from confronting it.”
Several organisers involved in the leftwing Labour movement Momentum are key organisers of the demonstration, as is the Guardian columnist and activist Owen Jones.
Charities who have given official backing include Friends of the Earth and Global Justice
Now, as well as smaller UK groups such as Sisters Uncut and Bridges Not Walls, which organised anti-Trump banner drops on dozens of UK bridges including Westminster bridge on the day of the US president’s inauguration.
Organisers say the coalition is not controlled by one dominant organisation. “This is a new kind of coalition, not run by any group or controlled by a central leadership, and committed to a real diversity of tactics,” the group’s spokesman said.
Monday’s rally in Parliament Square will hear from speakers including Lucas, Labour’s Rushanara Ali and the comedian Shappi Khorsandi, who came to Britain as a child refugee from Iran.
Other more explicitly leftwing speakers include the former Respect leader Salma Yaqoob and the NUS president, Malia Bouattia, who attracted some controversy after her election for comments about the influence of “Zionist-led media outlets”.
Monday’s protest is a joint effort with the movement One Day Without Us, promoting the rights of migrants and refugees, which organisers said had been brought into sharp focus by several measures in the first month of Trump’s presidency – the Mexican border wall, a travel ban from seven Muslim-majority countries and a halt to funding for NGOs that provide family planning services.
Kate Allen, UK director of Amnesty International, which is another NGO backing the coalition protests, said: “Some of our worst fears over what a Donald Trump presidency might lead to have already been realised.
“In the end the point isn’t whether Donald Trump gets the full-blown UK state visit treatment, it’s whether we raise our voice against this disastrous rollback of rights. It’s a major human rights fight, and one we can’t afford to lose.”
Activists, MPs and trade unions have vowed to hold the biggest demonstrations in UK history, outstripping the Iraq war protests, when Donald...
It can happen to everyone: it’s time to go to sleep and, suddenly, you start feeling hungry…What should your do? What to eat before bed? Well, you can have a healthy snack or drink a glass of milk, but there are some products that you should, definitely, avoid eating before bed…Let’s talk about those:
1) Pizza and pasta
Avoid eating pizza and pasta right before going to bed, because these meals are pretty heavy and rich in calories; eating this kind of food would give your tummy a real workout at night! When your sleep, your body relaxes and rests, so does your stomach, as well as other organs. On top of that, eating pasta and pizza before bed will, definitely, enlarge your love handles!
2) Coffee
If you want to drink something before hitting your cosy pillow, definitely, don’t go for coffee. In fact, coffee is a stimulant that has prolonged effect on the body (it’s effect will last for many hours), so that you won’t be able to sleep and rest properly; if you drink coffee at night, you might find yourself cleaning the kitchen, washing the floor or cooking three cakes, instead of sleeping; therefore, if you want to indulge yourself with a cup of tasty expresso, do it in the morning!
3) Ice cream
Ice cream is loaded with fats and sugar, it’s an absolute weight gaining bomb! When you inject sugar and fat into your body (by eating an ice cream) before going to sleep, your system won’t be able to burn this explosion of calories and will store them in your waistline for future use. Therefore, if you don’t want to gain weight, avoid eating ice cream before sleeping!
4) Cheese
Cheese is one of the worst foods to eat at night, especially for those who suffer from heartburn. Eating cheese before bed time can feel very heavy on the stomach, therefore, make sure to plan your meals in advance and enjoy that delightful portion of your favorite cheese during daytime instead.
5) Cookies and cakes
Cookies and cakes have similar to ice cream story. Packed with fats and sugar, cookies, cakes and various sweets (as well as chocolate) will give you a buzz at the wrong time. At night, when your body and the whole system try to relax and rest, the least thing you need is energizing sugar kick! If you feel like eating something sweet, make healthier choice and eat a fresh fruit or some berries. Chocolate (especially dark one), on the other hand, contains caffeine and can act as a stimulant, therefore, I suggest that you wait till dawn and then only bite your favorite chocolate bar.
6) Fast food
When you are looking for something to eat before bed time, avoid beef and bacon burgers like a plague. You don’t need this abundant injection of calories right before bed! Eating fast food before your night time rest is a guaranteed sleep killer! Moreover, the production of acid in your stomach will provoke very uncomfortable and unpleasant heartburn. Therefore, if chicken nuggets, french fries, onion rings and big macs appear in your mind when you are heading to bed, kick off these thoughts from your head straight away and drink a glass of water or milk instead.
7) Alcohol
If you want to have “terrible”, sleepless night, when you will wake up multiple times for no particular reason, then drink a glass of wine right before going to bed. Also, consuming alcohol prior to sleep, whether it’s wine, vodka or champagne, will have a big impact on the way your skin looks and feels and it can also aggravate snoring!
8) Soda
Soda, as well as energy drinks (such as red bull, for example) are, definitely, to be avoided, when you are getting ready for a good night rest. Packed with sugar, soda drinks also contain certain chemicals which can aggravate the gastrointestinal tract, therefore, sodas should, absolutely, be avoided at bed-time! If you feel thirsty, drinking a glass of water is the best decision! Also, most colas, as well as red bull contain caffeine, which is not the best friend of your good night sleep!
9) Spicy delicacies
Foods with the use of salsa, mustard and spicy peppers are not the best choice for a bed-time snack! These type of meals can cause strong heartburn and can prevent you from peacefully falling asleep, because of their energy boosting effects.
If you are thirsty at night, go for a glass of water, milk or green tea, if you feel hungry – eat sweet potato, banana, yogurt or rise. (Source: Beauty and Tips)

President Muhammed Buhari had gone on a 10-day vacation and was expected back in the country in January but he wrote to the National Assembly to extend his vacation citing medical reasons. This time around however, no definite number of days was provided as to when the president would return.
Guardian reports that Femi Adesina who is the special adviser to the president on media and publicity reiterated that when the president would return will be made known.
He said: “When the President is coming will be made known.”
The Senate president, Bukola Saraki and the Speaker of the House, Yakubu Dogara were the latest people to visit the resident in UK although many have urged him to speak with Nigerians to dispel rumour about his state of health.
Adesina who appeared on a show on TVC on Thursday, February 16 said the president has a right to his vacation and there was no need to intrude.
On the issue of the president’s health, he said: “It is a matter of opinion and that those who say are welcome to their opinion as there are some people who don’t want to believe the word of other people and no matter what you say or do you have not done it well hence you leave them to their opinion.”
