“It was at a Lagos @ 50 event and I had gone to the event with 9ice. As I entered the event, the presenter that was interviewing Lil Kesh saw me and hailed me. The presenter was trying to interview me but I had to pay respect to Lil Kesh whom he was interviewing prior to my arrival.
But things went sour with him and to my utter dismay, he yelled at me and pushed my hands off as i made to shake or embrace him. I never see myself as a competitor with him because our style of music is different.”
“He said ‘guy wetin happen? I sabi you?’” he explained.
“I explained to him that i just wanted to say hi, but he yelled again ‘for what? why you wan greet me?’.” The singer admitted that he was shocked and extremely embarrassed.
“I felt like the ground should just open up and swallow me because people were looking at me and i am generally a free minded person. I was like what’s bad in showing love to someone?. Yet I saw this dude relating to a couple of people, so not like he was in a bad mood or something” he concluded.

A northern youth group that demanded Nigerians of ethnic Igbo nationality leave the northern region, has officially written to the United Nation to declare Indigenous People of Nigeria, IPOB, and its leader, Nnamdi Kanu, terrorists.
The group on Thursday said IPOB’s continued action was a clear signal that it is committed to breaking away from Nigeria. Abul-Azeez Suleiman, the coalition’s spokesperson, in a statement stressed that the northern youth were concerned by the IPOB’s recent threats.
“We became concerned that Kanu has finally crossed the boundaries of Nigerian laws and has blatantly breached international laws that specifically frown at the use of terror to achieve a goal”
However, the group commended Acting President Yemi Osinbajo for adhering to the advice in its letter in which it pointed out the necessity of urgent action to curtail Mr. Kanu and his IPOB’s activities.
“Commendably, the Acting President initiated series of talks with regional leaders and made genuine moves towards ensuring lasting peace and stability,” the group said.
“We sincerely commend the efforts of the Acting President and those regional leaders who cooperated with him in dousing tension with the aim of creating a conducive environment for meaningful discussions.
“However, notwithstanding all these efforts by the Acting President and responsible national and regional leaders, Kanu and IPOB remain undaunted and even intensified their violent divisive campaign which is the main bone of contention.
The peak of the insolence came when Kanu publicly announced that he would order former President Olusegun Obasanjo and his entire family killed,” the group said.

Most men avoid going to the doctor unless they’re dragged there by a family member when things get serious. I have spoken to dozens of men with prostate or colon cancer who avoided going to the doctor — sometimes for decades — out of fear of some of these tests.
But getting tested on a regular basis is essential — especially as you age. The following are tests that every man over forty should have done, as they may help you detect silent killers such as high blood pressure, or catch or even reverse other diseases while they are still in their early, treatable stages. Get these done and don’t mess around.
PSA
The PSA test measures the level of prostate-specific antigen, an indicator of prostate health in your blood. A rising or high PSA may indicate prostate cancer, or it could point to another prostate condition that may need medical attention, or it may itself lead to cancer. Despite some controversy surrounding this test, it is still an important test for all men to consider as an early warning of reduced prostate health. I found out I had an abnormally high PSA about a decade ago after a PSA blood test. Since then, I have massively changed certain aspects of my diet and lifestyle to prevent any potential progression to prostate cancer — and today my PSA level is below normal for my age.
The digital rectal exam (DRE) is a simple procedure for the early detection and diagnosis of prostate cancer and other abnormalities of the prostate gland. The doctor inserts a lubricated gloved finger in the rectum to feel the prostate gland for lumps or enlargement. As such, it’s the test guys fear the most. But man up and have it done, because it could save your life.
Testosterone
Low T can cause several changes such as erectile dysfunction, fatigue, weight gain, loss of muscle, loss of body hair, sleep problems, trouble concentrating, bone loss, and personality changes. Your doctor can check your testosterone through a blood or saliva test. You might also want to try natural testosterone boosters to help with your energy and libido.
Bone density
Osteoporosis may be more common in women, but men get it too. Experts recommend that men over fifty who are in high-risk groups (low T, family history, sedentary lifestyle, smokers, etc.) get tested, and men of normal risk get tested at sixty. A bone density scan (DEXA) can measure how strong your bones are and help you determine the risk of a fracture.
Cholesterol
There are different kinds of cholesterol circulating in your blood. When you get tested you should receive the following measures:
Total cholesterol;
Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) or your “bad” cholesterol;
High-density lipoprotein (HDL) or your “good” cholesterol; and your
Triglycerides, which are another form of fat in the blood.
High cholesterol is one of the risk factors for heart disease. Most men can have their cholesterol tested as part of a routine blood test.
Blood pressure
Blood pressure is a silent killer. You should have it checked every two years unless your doctor recommends that you get it checked more regularly. There are no symptoms of high blood pressure, but it can harm your heart, lungs, brain, kidneys, and blood vessels.
Blood sugar
A blood sugar test measures the amount of glucose in your blood. The test is an important screening for diabetes or prediabetes and insulin resistance. Untreated diabetes will continue to get worse and cause problems with eyes, feet, heart, skin, mental health, nerves, kidneys, and more. Insulin resistance causes weight gain, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, bloating, and high blood sugar. When untreated, it can lead to diabetes. Although I’m not diabetic, I regularly take my blood sugar with a home blood sugar monitor so I can keep an eye on my glucose levels.
Colorectal cancer screening
Doctors recommend that people ages fifty to seventy-five get screened for colon cancer with any of three following tests: the sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, and the fecal occult blood test.
The US Multi-Society Task Force on Colorectal Cancer has ranked the screening methods. They say that tests like fecal occult blood screens can detect early stage cancers, but the colonoscopy is considered the best test for prevention. I have a history of colon cancer, as my mom died from the disease in her early seventies, so I started getting checked every three to four years starting when I was forty. So far, so good—and it’s worth the regular screening to know for sure.
HIV test
You may be surprised to see HIV on the list, but about 15 percent of new infections each year are among people over age fifty, and people over fifty represent almost one-fourth of the HIV/AIDS cases in the United States. With birth control no longer a concern, many people over age fifty are having unprotected s*x. Doctors don’t usually ask their older patients about s*x, and educational programs that teach prevention neglect the patients in this age group — but HIV is certainly still a concern no matter how old you are.
These nine tests can help you stay healthy and improve your longevity. By giving you a warning that you have a condition that puts you at risk of a more serious disease, they can allow you to make changes in your diet, exercise, and other habits to reduce your risks. Because some of these conditions have no symptoms, you may have no idea that you have a problem if you do not get tested. It is easier and less expensive to prevent disease than to try to treat it after years of damage have set in.

Details of the meeting between the Acting President Yemi Osinbajo and President Muhammadu Buhari in London have started to emerge with the focus being on the ministers.
Osinbajo had flown to London on Tuesday, July 11, to meet with President Buhari briefly in the UK where he is receiving treatment for an undisclosed ailment.
According to The Nation, the focus was on national development especially as it affects the cabinet.
A presidency source who spoke on the condition of anonymity said the whole cabinet cannot be dissolved “because the nation cannot afford such a luxury now”. However, the source said, some ministers may be reshuffled.
It was also gathered that Osinbajo received approval for some appointment and major decisions.
“There is likely shake-up of the cabinet in line with the new fast-pace focus of the Buhari administration. Some of the ministers cannot cope with the portfolios assigned to them”, the source said.
“Some ministers were also found to be behind the crisis of confidence between the Executive and the National Assembly.
“So, apart from dropping some, others may swap portfolios for efficiency. It is just some restructuring of the cabinet to ensure service delivery.
“Obviously, there is disquiet in the cabinet on this latest development. I think the likely changes in the cabinet accounted for the delay in inaugurating two ministers-designate.
“I cannot tell you when the changes will be effected but the cabinet shake-up came up as an item between the two leaders,” he added.
Furthermore, it was disclosed that Osinbajo also briefed Buhari concerning some of the threat of secession. He was commended on his effort to keep the nation together so far and asked to continue to maintain the unity of Nigeria.
“The President endorsed all the consultations and actions taken by the Acting President and asked him to continue to take steps to keep Nigeria indivisible.
“The President was delighted that Osinbajo managed the threats to the nation’s unity with courage and maturity.”
“Osinbajo secured approval to take some decisions and make some appointments.”
“The President and the Acting President were together without any third party. And they had fruitful talks. We should expect some actions soon,” the source added.
A member of the federal executive council said Osinbajo briefed them concerning Buhari’s health.
“The Acting President told us that there was no cause for alarm. He said the President had been recuperating well. We were all relieved because this first hand information was the most authentic we have got.”
Meanwhile, Governor Ayodele Gators of Ekiti and former Minister of Ekiti Femi Fani-Kayode have described Acting President Yemi Osinbajo’s meeting with President Buhari in London as an act of deceit.
Fayose described the meeting as another attempt by the All Progressives Congress (APC) government to deceive Nigerians on the President’s state of health while Fani-Kayode alleged that Osinbajo was feeding Nigerians lies, arguing that President Buhari will never return as President.(BuzzNigeria)

If you listen to the media, you might think it easy to believe the only way to boost your testosterone and energy levels is by springing for testosterone replacement therapy. However, there are free natural testosterone boosters available to all of us every day.
These natural testosterone boosters can be incorporated into your lifestyle and provide you with additional health benefits overall, ranging from better heart health to more vitality, improved mood, sharper cognition and more self-esteem. Best of all, these are fundamental lifestyle changes you need to make before turning to drugs or other expensive options. So what are they?
1. Exercise and weight loss
Whenever people talk about weight loss, the two factors that get the most attention are diet and exercise. When we talk about boosting testosterone levels, the exercise and weight loss combination gets high billing as well, and here’s why.
Obesity is a major cause of low testosterone
Males of all ages can be affected by low testosterone associated with obesity
Men can reverse testosterone declines by losing excess weight
A 2016 Australian study reported that obese men who lost weight on either a high-carb or high-protein calorie restricted diet experienced a significant rise in testosterone. Yet one more study noted that among pre-diabetic men older than 40 who lost weight, the incidence of low T declined by 50 percent.
You may need to work with a healthcare professional or trainer to develop an exercise routine for weight loss. Certain exercises can boost testosterone while other forms of exercise can actually decrease your energy and T levels. Focus on short, intense, interval (HIIT) and weight training which has been shown in the studies to boost T levels in men.
For example, a new study in the European Journal of Applied Physiology reported that levels of testosterone rose immediately as well as 30 minutes after athletes engaged in HIIT. Another research effort showed that men who participated in HIIT showed a significant increase in testosterone and an improvement in their testosterone-to-cortisol ratio when they completed the exercise. An Italian study found that adding resistance exercise to HIIT also resulted in an increase in testosterone.
2. Sunshine and vitamin D
Vitamin D is often called the sunshine vitamin because the body begins making the nutrient when the sun’s ultraviolet B rays make contact with the skin. At that point, a cholesterol in the skin called 7-dehydrocholesterol absorbs the rays and transforms the cholesterol into the pre-vitamin form of vitamin D3, called cholecalciferol. The cholecalciferol travels to the liver, where it is converted into hydroxyvitamin D, also known as 25-hydroxyvitamin D or 25(OH)D. That’s when the kidneys take over and convert 25(OH)D into dihydroxyvitamin D, aka 25(OH)2D, a form of vitamin D the body can utilize.
Most people have low or deficient levels of vitamin D because they don’t get enough healthy exposure to the sun and/or they are not ingesting enough vitamin D from food and vitamin D supplements. One consequence of insufficient vitamin D intake is low testosterone.
A recent study has shown a significant increase in total, bioactive, and free testosterone levels among healthy men who were taking vitamin D supplements (3,332 IU daily for one year) when compared with no increase among men not taking the supplement.
How much vitamin D should you take? First, have your vitamin D levels checked with a simple blood test. Depending on the extent of any deficiency, your doctor may make a specific recommendation, although many men can manage a deficiency with about 5,000 IU daily. Your healthcare provider will guide you on the right dosage for you.
3. Get more sleep
The link between sleep and testosterone levels is often overlooked, yet it is an essential relationship to recognize. Getting adequate sleep on a regular basis is critical for the natural production of testosterone. A study appearing in the Journal of the American Medical Association found that among healthy men, those who slept less than five hours per night for one week had lower levels of testosterone (by 10 to 15%) than when they got sufficient sleep.
The authors of the study point out that low testosterone is also associated with fatigue, decreased strength, low energy, and poor concentration, so low T isn’t the only health consequence of skipping out on enough sleep.
Testosterone does decline slightly as you age but the most recent studies have shown that testosterone decline is not a direct consequence of aging. Lifestyle and other factors play a huge part in declining testosterone levels, and many of these are within your control.

Seven people have officially sued Donald Trump for blocking them on Twitter. Mr Trump uses the ocial media forum to praise allies and lambast critics.
The lawsuit was filed by the Knight First Amendment Institute, a free speech group at Columbia University.
The seven Twitter users involved claim their accounts were blocked by the president, or his aides, after they replied to his tweets with mocking or critical comments.
The legal complaint argues that by blocking these individuals, Mr Trump has barred them from joining the online conversation. It calls the move an attempt to “suppress dissent” in a public forum – and a violation of their First Amendment right to free speech.

US President Donald Trump has officially had an impeachment article filed against him.
It was introduced by Democratic congressmen Al Green and Brad Sherman in the wake of news about Russia’s possible involvement with the president’s election campaign. He accused the president of obstructing justice during the feds’ probe of Russia’s election meddling,
Sherman said the article was filed because the firing of FBI Director James Comeyconstitutes an ‘obstruction of justice’.
A statement on his website reads, “Recent disclosures by Donald Trump Jr. indicate that Trump’s campaign was eager to receive assistance from Russia. It now seems likely that the President had something to hide when he tried to curtail the investigation of National Security Advisor Michael Flynn and the wider Russian probe.
“Every day Democrats, Republicans, and the entire world are shocked by the latest example of America’s amateur President. Ignorance accompanied by a refusal to learn. Lack of impulse control, accompanied by a refusal to have his staff control his impulses. We’re no longer surprised by any action, no matter how far below the dignity of the office — and no matter how dangerous to the country…
